Hello All! For my first entry I thought it would be appropriate to write about the calm before the storm, or better put the night before my three month journey. I am becoming very excited and I don't think I will be able to sleep tonight! There are a lot of things happening by going on this trip...I am flying alone for the first time, I am going to be away from home longer than I have been (without communication), and I will be going to a country where I do not speak the language. I am nervous, scared, and not sure of what will happen! I am also very ready to go! I have had a rough first part 2009 and I am happy to 'run' away from it all, start fresh, and be independent. I hope that you all enjoy following my blog, and will make comments along the way! I am going to miss you all, and I hope that where-ever you are right now, that you are embracing this beautiful life and living like it is your last day!
